Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, placing an order, or making a purchase at Jimenez Mr. Discount, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any transaction.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All purchases made at Jimenez Mr. Discount — whether in-store or online — are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason once a sale has been completed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Items that did not meet customer expectations
- Purchases made in error
- Duplicate orders
2. NO REFUNDS POLICY
Jimenez Mr. Discount does not issue refunds of any kind. No cash refunds, credit refunds, store credit, or chargebacks will be honored. All transactions are considered complete and non-reversible at the time of purchase.
If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us before completing the transaction. Once payment is processed, the sale is final.
3. ITEMS SOLD AS-IS
All merchandise sold by Jimenez Mr. Discount is offered AS-IS, in its current condition at the time of sale. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition, functionality, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any item.
By purchasing, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Items may be open-box, scratch-and-dent, floor models, or liquidation merchandise
- Items may show signs of use, cosmetic damage, or wear
- Items may be missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
- We do not guarantee that any item is in working condition unless explicitly stated in writing at the point of sale
- It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all items prior to purchase
4. NO SHIPPING — IN-STORE PICKUP ONLY
Jimenez Mr. Discount does not offer shipping or delivery services of any kind. All items must be picked up in person at our store location. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange appropriate transportation for all purchased items.

Orders not picked up within an agreed-upon timeframe may be subject to cancellation without refund.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Jimenez Mr. Discount shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any item sold. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item in question.
6. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Jimenez Mr. Discount reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on our website and become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website or store constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
